At age 74, Buddy Guy doesn’t move around stage much anymore but his fingers still do the talking. He current touring with B.B. King and doing his best to keep the blues alive by giving a bit of a history lesson between tunes. If you don’t know Buddy Guy’s music, he’s been a major influence on the likes of Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Not to mention, he’s a 5-time Grammy winner and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Buddy feels that he’s got to keep spreading the news about the blues because this style of music is not being played and heard. As the root of most modern music, the blues must be keep alive and burning. And it is at Buddy Guys Legends – one of the most famous blues houses in the world.
