Jon is a protégé of Joe Satriani, with whom he studied for 3 years, and is a sponsored clinician for Peavey and Ibanez. The son of a concert pianist and college music professor, Jon began studying and playing at 7 with lessons in jazz and classical guitar. He studied with some of Los Angeles' best instructors. Jon began teaching formally at 15 years old and his training includes a degree in Composition. Jon currently teaches in the Bay Area and has owned a music school with a faculty of six.
Jon has taught hundred of students in a variety of styles. His curriculum ranges from modern rock, jazz, classical, finger style, blues, and latin with an emphasis on theory and technique. Jon's love and passion for teaching guitar is always evident in his lessons. He is currently touring internationally with a world fusion group and releasing his solo CD's featuring guest musicians Stu Hamm (Joe Satriani), Jerry Marrotta (Peter Gabriel) and Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel, King Crimson)

Typically one lessons per week. But the cool thing is, it's totally up to you and your instructor.
We use PayPal. You can pay via your PayPal account or use a credit card. Note: You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. There is no recurring billing, you just pay as you go for each lesson.
There's no long-term commitments so you can cancel your lessons at any time. If you have purchased a lesson, you will need to cancel 24hrs in advance to receive a refund if absolutely necessary.
It's easy, just work it out with your instructor, but please be respectable and value his/her time as well as your own.
